Frequently Asked Questions.

01. Ordering

When will I receive my gemstone order?

When you place your order, the estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page. After placing the order, you’ll also receive an email confirmation with the same delivery date. We ensure that the delivery time shown online matches the one on your confirmation.

I see a delay in the delivery time of my order. Can I cancel it?

Yes, if your order’s delivery time is longer than expected, you may cancel the full order or any specific item. Please contact our customer service. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will process your cancellation and refund the full amount within two business days to your Sri Lankan bank account or mobile wallet. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

When will I receive my invoice for the gem purchase?

Invoices are not sent automatically. If you need one, you can:

  • Log in to your account on our website and download it from your order history.
  • Request it via our customer support, and we’ll email it to you in PDF format.

02. Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take within Sri Lanka?

Once your order is confirmed, delivery within Sri Lanka typically takes 1 to 4 working days, depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may experience a slight delay. You’ll receive tracking details once the item is dispatched.

Do you offer islandwide delivery?

Yes, we deliver to all areas of Sri Lanka via secure courier partners. We use insured and trackable delivery services to ensure your gemstones arrive safely.

Can I pick up my order from your shop?

Yes, if you prefer, you can choose In-store Pickup at checkout. We will notify you once your gemstones are ready for collection from our Colombo or Kandy showroom.

03. Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a gemstone?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 7 days of receiving it, provided:

  • It is in original condition, unused, and with all certifications and packaging intact.
  • Custom-cut or engraved gemstones are not eligible for return.

Please contact customer service before sending anything back. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the item.

Who pays the return shipping fee?

If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item, damage in transit), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return courier charges.

04. Certifications & Authenticity

Are your gemstones certified?

Absolutely. All our gemstones come with a Certificate of Authenticity issued by a reputed gemological laboratory in Sri Lanka (such as the NGJA or the Gemmological Institute of Colombo).

Can I request an international gem certificate (GIA, IGI, etc.)?

Yes. For an additional fee and extra processing time, we can arrange international certification. Contact us before placing your order to arrange this.
